How Our Services Work
We provide Video on Near Demand at high quality, a service that solves the problems involved with current streaming technologies (such as its inability to scale real-time video on demand). With our services, if a user wants to watch a movie, they will make a request in advance using a Web-based interface. The movie will be pushed to a client's PC or TV set top box from one or more of our servers during off-peak times. On average, a quality one-hour long movie can be sent to a user in about three hours using a DSL or cable modem connection. If the customer requests the movie by lunch time, they can view the movie before sitting down for dinner.
